you have to arrest the manipulated folks while they are being controlled (the box will have a purple outline )
essentially, you have to max out the detection gauge, wait for them to become controlled, THEN arrest
People forgot this is just a 0.07 version and also "trial". Ofc there is not much content in a demo.

Blowjob will be part of the combat, kind of. If you check the hypnosis status. Right at the end it is there. If you edit your save file, the enemies will actually do that move but nothing happens yet. It's not implemented yet but the enemies do "ask" for it.
Though, I'm not sure how it will be implemented. I saw the bugged out interactions that the blowjob will happen after arriving at a destination stop. I am not 100% sure if it happens during the train ride. The enemies do have it on their action bar during combat.
edit: Just a warning for those who would want to try it, it seems to bug the game a bit if you set Hypnosis to 200. Even after resetting it to 160 and bellow.
