anyone knows if there is a way to force an event (like getting a coffee in between train rides) ?
Not really as upcoming station events are randomly decided at the station and not in advance, so you can't force a specific event using save editing. You can force either a good or bad event by save editing "GoodEventProbability" to be 100 or 0 repectively (just make sure to upgrade Fortune once to get the variable to appear in the file). Aside from that, the savescum method Aspharoltec mentioned works best for getting a specific event to occur.

Is there a walkthrough or guide for this game? I have enough currency to buy the Gal outfit but no matter how much I click on it, it doesn't purchase.

You can't buy it since this is on the trial unless you modify the codes.

For more info:
Stages 3 and 4 are not included in the current demo version.
You can only get the 3rd and 4th outfits by save editing: Switch clothes in the game, then open the folder TikanInvestigatorRina_Data, then open the SaveFile.ES3 file in something like Notepad. Find the following line:

Change the value to change the clothes. 0 is office clothes, 1 is school girl, 2 is gal, 3 is hypno. Then save and close the SaveFile.ES3 file and start a new run. The gal and hypno clothes are not completely implemented and will glitch out the screen a bit in the menu. They work completely fine during gameplay though.

You just have to be lucky, as there's no actual way to force events, you can try and save seconds before entering a station to try and roll different events
So how do you reload the game then? I tried saving mid run or even on stations, but loading the game afterwards takes me to home menu, and I have to start the run from beginning.

Seems like kksmsms and I just replied at the same time haha. To add to what they said, use Save and Suspend to quit to the home menu before the station. Then if you reload and don't get the event you want, quit to the home menu using Interrupt (quit without saving), so you can reload to before the station.

How do the blindfold event happens this it a station event ?
It's not a station event. There's an enemy that does not normally appear in the demo that can apply it similarly to the rotor. You'll have to use save editing to get the blindfold, and there's a few ways to do it:
The most direct method is to set "prog_eyemask" to true (credit to Goobly Woobus).

I stand corrected, it's fully implemented. I'd just set that it got automatically removed too. Only set "prog_eyemask" to true and not the "eyemask_restore".
Second is to set one of the numbers in "Prog_behavior_list" to 25. This will force one of the current enemies to use the blindfold attack. Doesn't work with enemies that target other passengers though, I think.
Lastly, you can set one of the numbers in "Prog_enemy_type_list" to 17. This will change one of the current enemies to a "Creepy Man", the type of enemy that uses the blindfold attack. They also use rotor attacks similar to otakus, and have an aphrodisiac attack that raises all sensitivities for a short while.

So what should I do if my menu looks like this:

Apparently resume button is hidden behind...

Save got corrupted?
Wrong game version?
Huh... I've not seen that one before. I suggest trying to reinstall the game and seeing if that solves the issue. You can find variable "SkillPoint" in SaveFile.ES3 to give yourself currency to buy any upgrades you might lose. I've been using version 0.07 myself and have not encountered this issue yet.
