Kinda same on that. But there is still place for hope, that something got changed...
If anything, the previous game had penetration during combat. The dev seem to take comments/criticism/suggestions seriously too.

There was no news about Hypno logic change (As im aware). But if Dev developed and added more lvls, it can be possible to make that she allows sex, when hypno is 1000 or something. But it won't be the same.

im pretty sure they'll go with what they already have, should they make additions it will most likely result in a delay of release date or it will be implemented in a later version/ DLC.
On a personal sidenote, im kinda sad they went with hypnosis too push the MC to commit more lewd actions never was a fan of hypnosis and rather see corruption of MC turning lewder of her own will, though i suppose that would go against her job policies.
