Yes. I am pretty sure the underwear steal and the ambush events are bad events.
I also often only partially upgrade meta progression in these games, so it doesn´t get too easy.
I would recommend max out hearts though.

Since release date is given, the only things left are:
Wait and hope it won't get delayed, like games usually do nowdays...
That it will not flop on release (bugs/new terrible mechanics).
And maybe there will be some pleasant surprises (Battle-sex mehanics or something else).

I tell you what I would like, I'd like there to be an incentive to arrest the molesters attacking the other passengers over yourself.
I'm not sure how the dev would incentivise it, I just think it'd be pretty hot to have to choose between stopping the people molesting you or stopping the molesters attacking the passengers.

They appear and attack you or random OL/JK/ect
- Its like free exp - cuz no danger from them.
Or you perhaps want some kind of event where we go with second girl and need to protect her, while she busy with something else?
(If we fuck up she gets fucked.)

Giving more exp would be a simple but good start, maybe even have a low chance to get a random item?
Also could be fun to potentially have someone you saved help you out and stop/stun/scare away someone molesting you or the opposite, helping out the molester for some reasons. Maybe the girl you helped actually wanted to be molested and wants some revenge on you for ruining her fun

its already (almost) a free xp, the dev said one of the bad state's effect that will be present in the game is reducing the number of molester targeting other girls.
