Bruh its just another week.
Tbh were expected to happen as It seems to be some kind of trend of today's games. Set date of release then delay it for another week or month.
Once again thanks it is still June and not July...

The monkey paw curls.... week long postponement lads, it now comes out the 28th instead of 21st Dev stated on ci-en.

well if delayed is to insure quality, i wouldnt complain, i dont want play the game where its optimization terrible unless its had really good content to make up the the optimization issue

tbh delaying the release to work on "perfecting the english translation" is something that could be done after you release the game at the 21st.
1st scenario : it's really bad and people might just wait for the patch that fixes the quality of it
2nd scenario (the most likely one) : it's not as bad and people can still play it on the initial date
Any sort of delay after the official demo that was like 6+ months ago seems bad and just bad management all around.

I don't mind the delay if it means the game is more polished at release.
Secret Flasher Manaka has received four patches (1.04, 1.06, 1.07 and 1.08) since June 12th release. That's a lot of bug fixing in less than a week. If it means fewer patches (and downloads) for Agent Rina, they should take their time.

well as a broke player who live in piracy... i have no rights to complain about the delay 
hopefully this is his last request
hopefully this is his last requestthat makes sense in piracy sites like this one, releasing a bad game and updating is generally a terrible choice that ruins your game's whole marketing and then you gotta spend a bunch after finishing all the updates you preprared
