Stages 3 and 4 are not included in the current demo version.
You can only get the 3rd and 4th outfits by save editing: Switch clothes in the game, then open the folder TikanInvestigatorRina_Data, then open the SaveFile.ES3 file in something like Notepad. Find the following line:
Change the value to change the clothes. 0 is office clothes, 1 is school girl, 2 is gal, 3 is hypno. Then save and close the SaveFile.ES3 file and start a new run. The gal and hypno clothes are not completely implemented and will glitch out the screen a bit in the menu. They work completely fine during gameplay though.

Time to wait until this game is out of Trial, and hopefully penetration sex without gameover. She wouldn't pass as an undercover agent if she can't handle sex here and there, no?
Tried something because I was tired of thinking about arrests and just decided to do a run where you never arrest anyone. I did basically all the upgrades except the resistances to be fair, but with that and just a little luck getting ~Mr. Diabolical~ early on, I managed to get to the end and beat the boss, not even going for tokens or foresight, with two hearts and 30 seconds to spare.
If you just wanna watch this game go like I do sometimes, this route is definitely possible

In fantasy? Sure! In real life? It's a hard rule that undercover officers CANNOT engage in sexual acts with suspects even if for the sake of arrest. It doesn't seem 100% enforceable to me but it's a rule regardless; either an ethics thing or to prevent lawyers from claiming "entrapment".
Edited to add a bonus fun fact: Government agents don't impersonate either news reporters or religious figures either for both ethical and practical reasons. (Obviously can't speak for every country though.)

Anybody have any clue on any way to increase the enemy difficulty? i.e. editing the files to make them to act a bit quicker, take longer to arrest, show up more quickly, etc.
Best I could think of right now is work out where the game saves your exp and stats and that kind of thing during a mission and downgrade yourself from there, or maybe look at the stats section and enter negative values on that end. Not sure if it would even work but it's worth a shot
I went digging and found the files for the blindfold, at least what's been added so far. There's no graphic for it yet and the game doesn't let it come off, but it looks like it's going to block you from seeing what enemies are going to do to you next. Looks like it'll be fun.
If you want to try it out yourself, open your save file and ctrl+f for "eyemask", then switch its progress values to true.
I stand corrected, it's fully implemented. I'd just set that it got automatically removed too. Only set "prog_eyemask" to true and not the "eyemask_restore".
Game play wise, it makes for a nice addition.
I was about to ask why she wouldn't simply take it off but then I saw the option aptly titled "Remove the blindfold" so that'll be quite the uh... "bind" if she is both restrained AND blindfolded.

Whats the exact name for the stat to give you infinite hearts again? I looked for resistance but that just increases res to specific body areas
"Stamina" is the best option as it will save the increased hp between runs. Make sure you got at least 1 level in "Increased Strength" though or it won't show up in SaveFile.ES3. You can also change "Prog_init_hp" and "Prog_hp" for your max and current hp in your current run specifically.

And also, no level limit, got frustrated and stopped playing because i couldn t go past a certain level and get more skills / progress some
