There was also (arguably) one in the trial version. Awakened Desire, or something along those lines. Gave you XP for being molested in exchange for arresting slower.

By the time you get all the body parts resistance to higher levels, this is free 10% endurance.

No full save yet but im on the 2nd line, you can reuse the trial save files and also try to not brute force open everything with save editor, i was softlocked in some areas, and the dev was right about the bugs, there are some abilities like the arousal blocking that cuts out voices on the 1st line.
