I tried to replicate your issues, but it's working normally on my end, both the bed and Dr. Todd. Would you mind sharing more details? What happens when you try to sleep?

This is the message I get when I try to sleep. I don't know if there is a specific sequence of events that need to happen or what. But every time I have used the bed. I have gotten this message. Now when I try to go to the forest again, I get the message that I don't have any stamina.
I have attached the Save file. let me know if you see anything weird about it.

Just checked your save file, and it seems you created this file on an older version (the one I accidentally made the player start in the debug map)? I'd suggest you download the latest version (v0.0.1.3) and start a new save to see if the errors persist. If they do, just tell me, and I'll take another look at what may be causing this.
Definitely a +1 on the encounter rate being lowered, probably my most significant complaint with the game. A fast travel point directly to the doc would be nice too.
I like it! Can't wait for future updates like maybe getting a map would be cool! I will say the encounter rate might be too high, but great job!

On the new version I can sleep but I also get a stange error in the pen when clicking the blue blinking circlest too fast, after already interacting with one. Instead of getting a "Cancel" button, It's a blank option choice. No cancel, just that pink blank hue.
Found another bug. The only way may game allows a birth from the female cow is it take it in item form. Otherwise I got the error image above, after the birth animation. The first time I select birth, nothing happens, and I select it again that's when I get that failed rpny.file image error.

As promised, i tested it.
Sadly every Theriari (both genders) will get lost forever and not turned into a Primer, when you choose this option.
I was check it more as twice, no Primer added to the inventory, if you choose to turn them back into it.
The testing area was the barn-thingy left side from the farmhouse.
One another bugs:
If you want to build a Greenhouse or Coop, Lacey want 5 Iron Oak Logs, and she keep telling me "I need more wood" - even if i have the right amount of 5 logs in my inventory.
If you give half-human breed birth to Cofflower, every other birth to half-human breed with Lactine called from the game "Cofflower" - even if its really a Lactine/Bulktine kind.

I Like the game so far, but of course here are my complaints about it:
It took to long to farm Primer, the rate drop are to low, and its funny cause it may be controversial from what im gonna say next.
The rate of battle encounters its to high, i was on the verge of crying, almost every 5 steps and a battle happens. I just want to find that goddamn tree T>T Plus, the MAP IS TO BIG. I really hoped i small map in the beginning of the game an later on you could put bigger ones, just like introduction of the system and all.

Thanks for the report! Someone on Discord reported a similar bug, and I'll take a look at it (alongside the other reported bugs) today.
On the latest update, I added an option of receiving a free Woodcatter from Dr. Todd's lab, so you don't need to grind for it anymore.
Thanks for the report! Other people also reported these same bugs, so I'll take a look at it and release a fix soon.
Seems promising, I've joined your Patreon and will wait and see how the next year or so plays out.
- I like the overall atmosphere of the game, both in terms of the art and the music. The male MC has good Himbo energy, the characters seem interesting to interact with. Maybe the game is taking itself a bit too seriously for what it is but this is subjective.
- People have already mentioned the bugs and general stability issues so I won't go into that.
- I think this game risks falling into kind of a similar trap as Starsector where immediately after starting out you have a lot of options and you can feel kind of lost the first time you play. I think it would make sense to add something like a quest log that tracks current objectives in order to give players more of an idea of what to do if they need it.
A few bugs.
Currently for me, turning a monster to a primer just deletes the monster and no item is being put into the inventory. This is for births and converting the monster. The iron wood tree does not allow me to add additional woodcutters though they are removed from my party, they don't show up in the EMPTY SLOT of the iron wood tree. The game has also frozen for me a few times and given me an error, though i did not grab a screenshot of it, sorry. It happened in the barn after trying to birth a monster.

i have a bug where no matter how many wood i have the carpinter girl just say she will need more wood to bild that.
How do I collect normal wood in this game? I can collect Iron Oak Logs daily from the magic tree (only one though, because I can't assign more than 1 Woodcatters from my party to the tree), but I have no idea how to collect normal wood, that's needed for Coops and Greenhouses, etc.
Also, do the dialogue options durning scenes dialogue matter or can I choose whatever I want and it won't affect the romance?
Also, I tried many times with my male farmer and I can't seem to cause pregnancies with male Theriari. No matter who tops or bottoms.

i'd say also maybe buff the droprate for the samples (maybe just for your first two) , tested where i went into a fresh save with a specific gender and species in mind, and stayed in the field until that one dropped, and this took up to a half hour in some cases
