Not for now. There will be rewards added in the upcoming updates and if you already progressed 100% you'll get rewarded for that area automatically. From a progression perspective we're still early in development but we're working on it
Only to read the main story it should take about 1.5-2h so far.
I mean, that's a great thing to state and a nice idea, but (A) "should" doesn't always happen and (B) if it's going to be available to everyone on full release, why bother making it and then removing it only to later add it back in? Aside from the extra work that's going to create (I mean, some of it may not even still be compatible after so many updates which could further complicate the situation), all that does is tell me to wait until 1.0 before I even bother to check out the game. That's assuming, of course, that I still remember to do so and premised upon the idea that a 1.0 even exists one day.
Can you give us an idea of what your current idea of implementation would look like? Chance based system depending on fertility cycles? Flat rates? Optional drugs to increase/decrease chances? What about once they're pregnant? Will there be pregnant sex? Phases of pregnancy? Repeatable pregnancies?

It's a dating sim where you can progress with the main girls into romance. We're planning for the "romance" routes to have multiple endings and harem is not excluded.
Hm... I don't want to spoil much but we'll try to tackle the pregnancy in two areas: requests (business-wise) and main girls (relationship-wise). Chance based? yes. Optional drug to increase? yes. Pregnant sex? yes (and we already have one special request lewd scene from a pregnant girl). Phases of pregnancy? yes but the visuals not planned yet. Repeatable pregnancies? interesting idea, I'll have to see where it fits the best
