It's a text file with some Chinese (I think) characters, something about a "permanent publishing address" according to Google Translate and a URL at the .XYZ top-level domain. Presumably it's the usual set leak info file exhorting people visit their site for more stuff. The hex signature doesn't match any file type I can find, which jives with it being text.

Maybe because there's no overwatch and the only league in the pack is ahri and its not even animated hence why people is not that interested... But its just my speculation, and if that is that case then too bad since the next one is amelia watson...

That because the June 2021 content from OP is alot different then what was posted from this user.
I am completely out of the loop and just updated my Cian Yo archive. It's annoying that notifications don't show up to a thread that I am watching but does not get activity for a little while. I then have to remember to update it several months later and then get lost in the thread discussions and ensuring that the releases in OP are up to date to the thread
