As I said before 0.4.5 was an internal release with bug fixes, polish and other minor stuff. A public version will be available for free as usual when next version is done.
I would suggest to add a communication about this release 0.45 in the opening post, but nobody would read it so…

Still working on next update. Perhaps we planned the amount of content poorly and it is taking us more time than we would like. We are trying to speed our workflow for next updates. But we are here working to bring you the new update as soon as possible.
