If you have a save file before entering the 4th dungeon for the first time and you don't lose against anyone in the first run, then it could work around the softlock I believe...
But replaying is also worth it, because you see some art in scenes, which was not there in the early releases of the game.
I would say 40-50%, based on the story itself maybe near 60% or even more.

It's like you said, the game is about 60% complete, with two more dungeons supposedly still to be completed. But the current dungeon isn't finished and is only very superficially done, so it's possible it'll undergo a lot of changes in the next update. Also, there seem to be plans to do a lot of side quests, so... there's still a long way to go.

Given that the links for this game latest version take anywhere from a week to a whole month to get updated we should prepare for a long wait time before we get to enjoy the new content.

Here ya go. Full save (more or less).
I have most of the scenes unlocked except for one, and I think I've gotten as far as the gallery allows in the latest update. The new dungeon doesn't have much new content, but it has a couple of scenes and a nice pixel art to enjoy. I have those in my last save files. Enjoy

Version 0.10 of the game is already out, but TDL has already announced that a week after the release of this version, they will upload a patch that will add a few extra features such as improving the gallery, adding some things for Nora and Sapphire, among other things.
