Probably I misse something. I'm looking for the book "Land of Fear" It says the Fairfelts have the only copy. Where are the Feaifelts How can I find the book? Thx

You can.
First, you need to head to Chamont (Valos, need to head through the Brigginwood or use the signpost) and to the ranch there, and get a job. You'll get Breeding Papers I from the old guy. Then, for Breeding Papers II, work the 100 energy job that will open up with at least 16 Depravity and you'll get those there as well.
To clarify, the second option opens up after getting Breeding Papers I, and you can still get paid doing it. To qualify for Breeding Papers II you'd need that amount of Depravity to impress the rancher enough to give you those papers.
It's on the same Valos map, the house directly below the Library. You can either pay (i think) 500 coins to buy it from the guard inside the door or go through the questline that would normally require you to go through the fort in Rivermont (you'll get it at the end).

So uh, still broken. The quest yesterday in the quest log for Temple (after Meet Your Maker) said Stone Into Water, and now it says Stone Unto Life and it still has the json error.

This was a problem with version 24.1. look a bit above your post for links to 24.1b. that version allowed me to stabe the little green monsters
Tried the new version, still not able to use the P or any other key to stab that little fucker
