It all depends on which version you are using. Some of them have these scene removed, because of some rules. BUT it is available in the GOLD version (at this very moment I cannot remember if this is the one, so if I am wrong, sorry) that still have this URCHINS event.

It's available now. It's just not in the version you have.
There are different versions of the game because Steam doesn't allow some stuff, Patreon doesn't allow some stuff, etc. Generally it has to do with minors in games, bestiality, that sort of thing. You have to do a little research and find which version is best for you and the system you're running it on. Most of the versions of the game are on the 1st page.

From the bits I've been following it's been a rollercoaster from getting almost bugfixed to choosing to redo all the code structure to copy pasting parts of the new content into the old content that works to going into vaporware and blueballing the coping supporters.
Check again next month.

overgrown was really mid, they made a top down shooter in RPG maker where you can only shoot in 4 directions... who even thought that was a good idea? even having simple stat checks like claires quest is better.

they do this for every update. than time passes and it's 6-7 months for 3 new scenes.

Kind of.
A number of Bad Ends have pregnancy in it, but Claire can get pregnant twice i believe (one during a specific questline with noble siblings, the other a random chance when assaulted by human NPCs). You do actually have an option to take care of the kid, though if you're looking for realistic pregnancy mechanics this is more of a "Visit the hospital and deliver your kid the same day you got pregnant" kind of thing.

It was a really cheap and easy way for the Dev to build up cred. "see. I've completed a game. I'm not like those other devs milking supporters" . . .meanwhile CQ has been in development for more than 5 years.
