Addition to ursuLenes Mag post.
Muscle&Fitness > only does Dom and Strength. (it alone will not increase STR, but will increase the speed at which you gain points).
Guns > Dom only
Maxim > Dom only + Ad for Penis Pump to buy.

And the Fashon mag actually is randomly 3 different sets:
a fem boost, a fashion boost, or both.
(the actual hidden fashion stat is apparently attached to one of the later paths in the office job).

Also the first 4 mags in Fairhaven, only work once, the first time you read them.
Their 1st initial boosts are more than each respective single mag, but its not much more.
Considering the mags restock once a week on Monday, it gives you a bit of a head start.

I wrote what I saw in the code of the game, translated on a general note. I didn't want to be as precise as a watchmaker. (it would have ruined the game play pleasure). However, I will amend my previous post accordingly. On a different note, some of your corrections are pointless. That's why, please amend your post also and be specific when there is a correction to my post and when is't just your addition to my post (e.g. last two paragraphs)

I am having trouble unlocking University district.

I see a lot of cool things go on there from this post but I'm not sure how to go about getting access to it. Any help please?

In the downtown area (where you start out) there is an "explore" option you can use to find it.

Just quicksave.. then hit it.. then if you dont trigger via RNG.. F9.. reloads the quicksave.. and do it again til success. ;)

Played the game only thing made me mad at this game while renting penthouse only allowed enter Anderson Building at this hour only weekday no Sunday or Saturday why? when your renting you should be allowed to use right? what the point renting that penthouse if only allowed to use at certain time between 8:00 - 5:00 beyond 5:00 pm your not allowed to enter your penthouse?, so I rent a room that means im lock out of the room if I stay out late? sad. Eating health food mean you gain weight?

Havnt looked into Stacy much.. but.. I thought the last time to get further with Melissa involved texting her to go out for dates.. and then.. pushing that line. I did see one post somewhere that might point to the whole progression with her being broken, but havnt looked into it myself.

Yea once you get the sexy maid outfit.. keep working, and its RNG on when the "visiting investor" will see you and you will get a talk from the headmaster, and she will start to schedule you on random saturdays to visit houses.

Probably Patreon didn't like some preview images or game content (real porn copyright, rape, etc.), so they may have restricted/banned/removed dev account.

There's also possibility that dev may have closed his account if he/she's gonna stop the development. Let's wait and see the dev's explanation and hope that development will continue.

Is it just me or anyone having problems with Melissa not phoning you about her photoshoot? I restarted my character and still couldnt get it after weeks. Before I could get it really fast now, i couldnt
