I still cant believe the developer hasn't updated new trans scenes yet. The game has changed many things but the scenes are still the same. I believe im not the only one who got bored of the scenes!
Even with Eternal flame, guys will still refuse you for having a penis and you will still lose your office job.

What is the car service and escort app and how do you active them. I know theirs a cheat in game but i cant see anything useful using it?
IIRC it's one of the fortuneteller relics, so it's random what order she tasks you with finding them and then there's a mission to do to get them. I think it's like 1 week between relic quests popping up, in the downtown district.
I just want to point out that the WIP on clothes is still a thing. Is not that the saves are old, is on the new games and/or cheats too. It seems that even when the clothes are supposed to exist there are hidden, a work around clothes that arent usable to be visible still, would maybe help with this trouble. Sometimes even the shoes are not showing...

Are you using the 1.9 qsp player linked in the first post? Otherwise if (assuming you're on windows) you extracted into the defaul programs or windows folders that could be the issue. Windows generally doesn't like that, so try a different folder.
there is no walktrought ? the only quest I could get is the Julia stuff, but it doesn't go far than showing tits to drivers.

It's the new update, you now need to pay attention to your character's mood and keep it higher if you don't want to have the depression effects in the game.

Tried playing a fresh save and I can't seem to figure out how to trigger the MMO event with Paul to start. Does anyone know what to do or what I might be doing wrong?
Become friendly enough with him to game together, buy your own laptop, and eventually it'll come up when you play with him.
No real sex options that I could find until you fully become a woman. If you're just looking for a transformation story its not bad
There exist plenty of sex options as male... They're mostly by going to the bar, where you can meet women.
