There is no sex whatsoever. The woman never so much as takes her clothes off. There is a button you can click that removes her clothes, but nothing in the dialog changes, and as soon as you progess to the next "scene", her clothes are back.

The story:
You - the main character - have recently inherited some land from your grandfather. You set up a meeting with a government official in order to get the required paperwork done. She is immediately a total bitch to you, but as soon as she realizes that you are now a wealthy landowner, she goes into full gold-digger mode. She forces you to stay in her office - so she can try to sweet-talk you - by insisiting that you help her do her paperwork, using the excuse that it needs to be done before she can take care of your documents. You play along and comply, because you just want your papers signed. Eventually, you get your papers done, at which point you soundly reject her. She goes into ultra-bitch mode, threatening all kinds of things, but you just walk out of there, glad to finally be rid of the gold-digging bitch. The end.

played the whole game and no there's no sex she just hints and baits you with the goodies

Lowercase "l" in clerk, but uppercase "L" in tale? Didn't even need to read the other posts to know how shitty the game was gonna be.
