This Again? This game (or most game on this site) doesn't use "Instaler", most will just be unzip a compressed archive and play.
You probably downloaded some malware from the host site because you didn't use an ad blocker and just ran random .exe you downloaded. Also where did you download the file?
Always make sure the File you downloaded have the correct size, format and name.
Better to scan your computer and do some anti-virus checks.
