I remember briefly messing with this game in the past, interested in giving it a full play through but now for the life of me can't remember the title, no surprise really. You play as a guy of questionable morals, through events at the start of the game he needed a place to stay and an old martial arts instructor said the male protag could stay at his dojo if he took over as the instructor there, but you had to train with him and train others who were somehow only milfy women, but the game's main gimmick was seduction through training, once you progressed far enough you could really have some fun.. oh and there was illegal mining for treasure too at a construction site, the map was one of those top down view types.
