I only remember the beginning as I had the vn but an unavoidable reformat tragically stole it away before I could do much more that start it.
It starts out as a female protag who is a manga artist, I believe she is sent on a 'play date' of sorts with the daughter of her father's boss. This boss' daughter is also the owner/manager of an all female manga studio; my last memories are of the protag getting a job at said studio. I suspect the protag and the manager somehow know each other but that is just my suspicion.
