Game feels really laggy and it lags my pc. Once I had no lags after a ~30 minute session in the game. Pls help

Close any background apps, lower resolution if necessary, make sure your system isn't overheating, the usual.

nvm found it by myself. But still, my pc is decent, and i think it shouldnt lag to this game, my memory and cpu are going well while the game is on, and it still goes in 5 fps. I have no idea what could cause these lags
