that's a little different from what i remember even though what i remember is pretty vague.
everyone said it was artist fault for the death of the project, artist then started this project if i'm not already wrong, ya?(< not really important)
anyway, got from artist that coworker was making things difficult and the dev didn't help, i got the feel that "coworker" got wayyyyyy overlooked (someone please give me names already)
so, from my reconstruction of the story, dev was being a bitch, coworker was being a shadow bitch and artist (who proposed to sell his art to them at the time if i remember the dm's) quit in the middle of all this and got to be in the spotlight of this shit show

that's at least 13 well payed full time workers(maybe 8 after insurance, or 4 after taxes) who'd earn 30% above average where i live(part of EU).

Also, ICSTOR still has over 5k patrons despite the fact they've put out ONE, SMALL content update in the past TWO AND A HALF YEARS.

Is this game worth playing yet from a porn game perspective? I tried it about a year ago (September 2020 to be exact), and after about 7 hours of playtime and trying to blast through the grossly unfinished second dungeon (I think), I never got to a single sex related scene or gameplay element. I explored a lot in that version too, and I don't recall ever getting to farm much of anything either. At that time, it seemed like the entire game focused solely around combat in that specific dungeon, but everything was unfinished, so it kind of sucked. I remember a lot of clickable elements on screen not having visual feedback or sound effects too.

It would have been better if they just kept it simple and went with the original monster breeding idea before they split off and made this game because the artist of the previous one used some loophole to claim all the art of the old one. Feels like that game had more going for it than this one, as far as my last play of this was concerned. Seems like the development of this is extremely slow as well as a result.

You mean minimal changes like

All monsters types and genders are now enabled for combat
All monsters are now paletted in combat, farming, sex, and other relevant locations.
Added the remainder of the monster sex sprites, adding 135 additional scenes to the album.
Savannah dungeon floor 6 added; more unlockable sex scenes
Added new random spring event, the Joy King
All monster sex sprite scenes are now paletted.
Added new enemy types: Headhunter and Poacher
Added a slight sharpening effect to the camera to improve visual fidelity on some resolutions
Added the proper music to the Lizardman fight

That seems like it was a fairly substantial update within the last 6 or 7 months, but still lacking. Going back to what I said above, the monster breeder game concept they originally had seemed much easier to work on and provide content for than this one.

This game is a still stand. I would call it a finished project at this point. No point in waiting on new updates. The sex stuff is super weak (nearly not there and unfinished since forever (literally years now and never be touched on again), the RPG stuff shallow, overblown and meaningless. The art style is cool, but that can't save this mess anymore after all this time. I will unwatch it now and let it rest. Pretty sad that this once good looking game became a total waste of time and money. The only ones who actually had anything to laugh about are the devs who milk this shit for all eternity with "fixes" and even they had rocky times.

Ah, this was exactly the answer I was looking for when I saw this games update. It was a year+ since I checked on this game and was confused by the changelog. It was an exceptional amount of words to say nothing happened.

2. S-Purple refused to sell his assets that he made for BS to HBomb essentially stripping the project bare and killing his potential competition.

Those two facts alone for me are a proof enough of S-Purples bad will. He went for money, there is nothing noble about sticking to this project. Let the funding run dry and he will announce new project in two weeks at most only to drag it on as long as money flows.

Sure we can talk all day about how unproductive HBomb was and how neglectful his legal contracts were, but at the very least he could have argued that he did not intentionally undermine the BS project.

The moral here? Do drugs kids, at least you mostly get what you pay for, unlike this mess.

this time during this Cloud meadow project S-purple came back for unknown reason(i dont know who is the former head leader CM back in 2016-2018) and became the head leader of CM(cloud meadow) in order to "finish" this project.
