I would hangfire on the translation of 1.3, as the game seems to be in process of getting a chain of updates, V1.4 is now up on the source site.
Of course, if anyone has a working translation 'machine' for this game, then still feel free. But as I understand it, currently it has to be done manually which is a PIA.

There is now a 1.4 on the source site, looks like we are getting a rapid fire set of expansions (hopefully).

Ah okey i thought it was a mega link for the game. I dont know russian il wait for update on this site
If you use a browser that autotranslates then you don't need to know russian, I use chrome, which does a great job
