I like this! It's great for a first build.

One thing it definitely needs is some "you came too early" lines from the girls when you lose. Maybe you could also add dialogue for edging and taking breaks.

Another thing I'd really like is to add cum to the image when you do. But I'm sure that's a lot of extra work. It's already AI, so make the machine do it?

And there's a bug with using 'draw' where it increases the stroke speed every time you do it. I guess it's stacking multiple rhythms or something like that.
Thanks so much! You can definitely expect some more lines for cumming early, edging, using defensive items, etc. in the next build

Adding cum to the image at runtime in the way you think is not possible currently - we will be doing more to make cumming early, cumming on time, cumming to a succubus feel more responsive though.

Fixed that draw error < 3 Thank you

It'd be cool to be able to upload clips into the game that you can cum to, kinda like scenes you know you'd enjoy that will play to finish.
Waiting for videos, not only ai pics. The game is better then another visual novel right now
I have good news! We're working on user imported content at the moment. Here's a rough sneak peek (still under development) - it'll be released hopefully by the end of June (subject to change if we need more time but that's our target for now)

We’re working hard on the next major build of Cock Hero, focused on giving players more control, more content, and more ways to play. Here's a look at the biggest features in development right now:


1. Loose File Importing (Most Requested!)

The #1 most requested feature is finally on the way.


You'll be able to import your own folders of images and videos directly into the game — no need to repackage, rename, or reformat anything. Just point to a folder and go.


This gives you instant access to your own custom content right from the in-game UI, with no setup required.


2. High-Performance Video Playback (FFmpeg-Powered)

We're introducing a fully custom FFmpeg-based media decoder, designed to handle fast, beat-synced loops with smooth playback and minimal memory usage.

  • Optimized for high performance
  • smooth looping at any beat interval
  • Frame-accurate decoding
  • Wide support for MP4, WebM, MOV, GIF, JPG, PNG, WEBP, BMP, TIFF, and more

Whether it's your own collection or a .chpack, the decoder is built to handle it.


3. Cock Hero Pack Builder (.chpacks)

We’re also building a standalone tool for making custom content packs that integrate directly into the game.

  • Select a folder of media
  • Add a name, preview image, and description
  • (Optional) Set an unlock cost

These .chpack files will plug into the game’s gallery/store system and can be shared with others. Just drop the file into the game folder and it’s ready to go.

This is amazing concept and base. I used to make FapHero videos with beatbar back in the days. This brings memories. Keep working on it!


Awesome that you are working on uploading our own videos/images, but can you make it a step extra and if we upload a quick loop (like 1 second) of one suck animation for example, can you make it so it would match a beat? Just like in good old FapHero beatbar videos.

Would love also to see "boss battles".

Maybe even allow us to upload stuff in different folders? Like for example "Boss 1 folder" ; "succubusses folder" etc.

Man, I have so many ideas for this game.

What are your plans for the progression system that the game mentions right before exit? Any other gameplay features you intend to do down the line (like different modes or maybe even a campaign with specific themes for each stage)?
Lastly, do you have any plans to add music to the game?

That's the plan for videos! We've got the code setup for videos under 4 seconds (subject to change during testing) to automatically start looping in sync with the beat - whereas longer videos are simply played until task completion.

For now with our tagging system (for _slow, _medium, _fast, _cum, _succubus) tags are grabbed from the file name itself via parsing. Media that doesn't have tags will be automatically allocated across different difficulty tags evenly.

The post-game progression system will consist of an unlockable store where you can spend points to unlock new content. Here's a rough draft of what it will look like (subject to change).

We also have plans for a challenge system (likely in v0.03 or v0.04) that will give points and special packs. Stuff like "Edge x10 in one game and win", "Stroke 3,000 times in one session and win", "Lose to a Succubus", etc.

Themes and different game modes are definitely something we want to try out as well, stuff like no item runs, higher succubi rates, etc. - for some more variety.

This is very impressive! Thank you for the reply! Can't wait for it, future updates, The Handy support and hopefully boss battles. Fingers crossed for this project!

Thanks so much! Still need to do some brainstorming on Boss Battles, would love your feedback/ideas - I was thinking maybe multi-stage events where stroking breaks their clothes, sequences of different challenges, special dialogue, etc.

Dunno, still need to think about it - but if you have any ideas on how you'd like to see them implemented that would be SO helpful < 3
