The issue is that you're using a save file from a game version released in 2024.thanks for looking in to it
this is my save
I suggest you restart the game, since you're likely missing flags that trigger story events, amongst other things.
I fixed what was causing the crash, but there's probably hundreds more. Honestly, I'm surprised your old save is even working.

Question: when will this pregnancy be added to the game?
also I there there is a problem with that texture and I don't full remember how i got it to do that, I think I got a massive belly from the futanari monsters in the lab and then got that nightmare but I'm not 100% sure if that's the case or not

Which of the transformation choices is it? Do you miss out on it if you decide to skip the intro, or is it automatically applied when you jump ahead?

Dumb question! Is the dream house scene randomized? I got corruption orbs building up and I can't get rid of them without it appearing

* A few of the Manor Pages now have puzzles. Rearranged some of them to make more sense.
* Seeing as how Green and Blue Orbs are much easier to obtain through conversations, adjusted the Orbs a bit in the Manor.
* Increased running speed by ~66%. Let me know how it feels. Note the collision difference.
* Colored Orbs now have larger collision area. This was done so they could be placed on areas that can't be stepped on (i.e a table)
* Orbs in the Manor are now progressively invisible(Like in the Woods) depending on distance. This may actually makes them more visible, since it's easier to notice alpha changing as you move.
* That said a lot of Manor Orbs are now hidden in plain sight, mixing in with the colors.
* Food and a few consumables now show stat changes when selected in inventory. This was a manual effort, so I might have missed some. Items you already have in storage or inventory on your save are unaffected.
* Renamed Manor Pages 13 and 12(in inventory) to Pages 31 and 30 (Journal entries)
* Manor Jar was invisible sometimes for some reason. Fixed.
* Added missing collision in the Dream Home.
I've only spent 20 minutes testing. Have left v10 accessible just in case.

Considering the perks available, it'd be the pregnancy test transformation, which counts for the "Maternity" perk (4 unique dream pregnancies).
Really tempted to play this game but I tried it once and I kept feeling I am just walking in circles and do nothing. Really hope someone can help to hint and guide a bit because I am really lost but the game theme is very intriguing.
There is a popular fanmade guide in the thread. You can go search for it pretty easily. But it might be out of date, especially with its walkthrough predating most gameplay changes. It's still the most useful thing for knowing where things are, and where to go next.
Wanna say this is one of my favorite updates, I think what really brings it together for me is it feels like the player has a lot more control even if they're not fully in control of the narrative the ability to really control how you look really gives a sense of progression that felt lacking in previous iterations. Im really excited to see the perks expanded as well. Excellently done.

tickles my autism in a good way with the lore and theory-crafting, but why does saving the game take in-game time and drain sleep? it's a bit annoying imo

As someone said (even dev tells it) it's a will and mind, but what is what i don't know, sorry
Found a bug. After you spawn a Brood Maiden in the Dream Home, it impregnates you and disappears, but your character remains in the prone position. I waited for a while with the speed set to x3, but you can't move or do anything to get up
