We are given the option to not have shota content, but the beach forces it on the player. Now at first i thought well it is only for the ntr version of levels 1-3-4 si i will do vanilla for those levels and ntr for 2 and 5. But no it doesnt work that way, you cant skip the shota ntr to get only the non-shota ntr. If you go vanilla for level 1 and ntr for level 2 you get the first ntr event and that is always shota.
Really dislike that design, doesnt respect player choice.

Don't be like that. I can read three dozen tags on a game but that doesn't replace a screenshot within the act of sex. Some vague tags, a few screenshots of the character, and a b&w sketch of her and a beast buddy does not demonstrate coitus. Don't go to bat for this.

There's none yet but I think thats coming with the next update. So until then it's strictly blowjobs and anal.

They've just added it and already has 10 scenes. Give them time to work on it, receive some input, and ponder on it.

There are high chances for the halfling/goblin twins to have some scenes in the future, going by the premises...
