There's a torment path, which I'd say is fairly similar. But blackmail is with Brittney and the teachers.
Impregnate her with the purple light on night 2 is a good start since it can lead to +torment later on. Then blackmail Brittney and torment her. Get contracts for mom an Stacy too as you can get more torment by encouraging Stacy bullying her. Basically focus on the torment increases with maywood/mom, destroy marriage etc.
I'm glad that, in the future, Fuller gets his comeuppance and is turned forever into a pregnant bimbo.
Any guides anywhere about when you can earliest knock up each girl and how you can have the pregnancy convo with each one?

But there are certain situations where you have to choose between characters. Like on day 2, you can get either Lydia or Mrs. Maywood pregnant.This results in different talks so multiple playthroughs are needed to see it all.
How do you get Maywood pregnant on day 2? I've done multiple runs at this point but the fastest I can remember doing that is when you teleport to her home.

Is there a list of all the characters with pregnancy conversations? Are there pregnancy conversations for Ms. Hill, Nadir, Ward, Heather and Nikki? If so, how do you get them?
As far as I know, there isn't any for any of these characters yet. But in the next release we should get the talks for everyone who hasn't had one yet, as well as extra ones for characters who already had at least 1
Just to clarify, there won't be extra ones for characters that already had one. Those characters will just have additional opportunities to see the one that could have previously been available, if you didn't get them knocked up in time before. If you already did, then they won't announce their pregnancy a second time or anything.
Also, some characters will have their pregnancy talk on Wednesday instead of Tuesday, just because it makes more sense for certain ones (like Ward and Nadir, for example).
Just off memory, you can have pregnancy talks with Sofia, Rio, Lydia, Jill, Monica, Monica's Mom, Brittany, your Mom and Patel or whatever that teachers name is.
