The Queen, Rachel and I think Stacy and Raven together at the warehouse too. Doesn't really count but Billie too, if you marriage contract Karen.
I always forget that you can marry Stacy and Raven together. But I think that may be due to the wording Claim them sounds like property not marriage proposal to me. And actually Billie gets affected by the green light too so you are right, that one doesn't count.

I don't think Billie actually gets affected by the green light tho. In your phone after you green light Karen and transform Bill, Billie isn't your future wife and property like Karen is, only your future wife.
I think you can also fool around with her at Brittany and Kayla's apartment too, I could be wrong tho.
One of the very few things I'm annoyed about in this game is how something likes marriage is mainly exclusive to playing the "bad guy" path.
Seems like playing the romantic should get you marriages while dominating everyone gets you property...but the second one just gets you both instead.
That and how often doing something innocuous results in your character doing something "bad" that I have to back out of without real warning on that playthrough.
Example: going to the gift shop on the weekend (not the one with your mom) and doing anything automatically collars everyone there.

That I think rememeber there wasn't meant to be a "wife" option in the contract but it was Requested for Sofia and it snow balled for there to cover everyone
Using botnet, you can see that bill_contract (or property, can't remember which off top of head) and bill_married are both set to true. I think the reason Karen gets the property status is due to an earlier eternal contract option.

I don't believe so. The supernatural engagement option, which makes her your property if she isn't already, only appears if Karen is either your property or your lover.
Not really familiar with Twine games on Mac but saves are stored in your browser's cache. If you clear it they will disappear. Save to disk to prevent losing them.
