Yes, but it only happens in the first couple of days. It gives the choice to players without cheats to gain a lot of xp using those too difficult lights (that you aren't supposed to be able to use) instead of selecting a usable light. But very quickly any player can get enough in any light to use the most powerful lights so all choices can lead to events.
To add to this, there are certain scenes that can only be seen when certain requirements are met. Like on day 1, you can enter Mrs. Maywood's dressing room as long as her sub stat is high enough, or you can finger her under the table with the pink light at the restaurant too.
Careful there people might expect you to write a walkthrough for X, Y, and Z if you are so helpful. But oterwise thank you.

That's the botnet mod that opens a window. Both botnet and the built in checkpoint system are able to set more than 1 at a time.
I don't know about android so I can only tell you, you can play it online on mopoga.com as for offline you'll have to wait for another answer
Yeah but the prinplup mod has a botnet version, I remember playing a previous version with the checkpoint list, it seems the checkpoint list has been removed on an unpdate of the mod. Sucks because prinplup has a some realy good features but the checkpoint list is essential for completionists.
You can't do everything in a single playthrough of College Daze, because some choices and the event flags they trigger are in direct conflict with each other. You could potentially change those flags manually, editing your save file after timetravelling to an earlier event, but I don't understand why you would risk destroying your save file or breaking your game just to do something that can be done with loading an earlier save file and making different choices.
There is a lot of content, even if you only play it once. And thanks to the huge amount of choices you can replay it a lot of times and discover a lot more new content.
