1. this second playthrough I'm trying to get Hill and Wilson to earn their keep but keep am told I'm not convincing enough and Hill would maybe have done it alone blah blah... did I screw this opportunity up in this run or is there something I need to unlock first?
You need either willpower greater than or equal to 10 OR have previously interacted with Cassandra during one of the dinnertime options.

2. I put relative in at the beginning but the game never acknowledges it. Did I miss a second prompt or something?
It must be 'related' (no quotes). The cheats are very specific and won't work with any variations that aren't listed in the dev notes.

Thanks for the tips. I probably did RELATIVE instead of related, like a dummy. Just another reason to do another playthrough later :)

Is there any chance of getting the little + signs throughout the rest of the game like you have later on? They're great to let you know what stuff you're missing but without totally spoilering the mystery.

Thanks again!

This would be nice but that feature wasn't added until further down the road. IIRC, g28 said that going back to the earlier parts of the game and adding the '+'s would not only delay future releases but be too much work. Personally, I'm fine the way it is. The early game is the introduction stuff. Very easy to "see" everything if you're planning on doing multiple plays anyway. It's further along in the story where choices really branch out that the '+'s help.

it would be a good addition to the game a cheat menu to be available except the starting cheat codes...like to mess with the stats of the other characters without the need to mess with the save file

Besides Mopoga, what are some other game sites?

That site has a good sized list of places.

There was a place under the f95zone forums with a lot
of suggestions but I didn't see it a couple minutes ago. You
can search/browse the forums and might come up with it.

Otherwise, I'm not a big help as f95zone is the only site I've ever used.

Sorry if I'm not supposed to post this.

Do any other sites provide any games that is not on F95? I found most of the other sites just an unorganised worse version of F95

Not really... some may offer more "specific fetish" oriented games but this site is probably the most inclusive

Any way to enslave Ms. Chang? Don't know how to progress her content or if she has any in the first place.

Random thought, maybe would be good mod: Mod'ing choice scenes so the player choses when they are done with the options/ shows which ones will force advance. I have been playing with the updates for long enough and was even a patreon for a while so part of me just wants to make it easier to explore all the content..

Would that be an easy enough mod to code or would that be a way too super massive undertaking for the more savvy fans/modders here?

Doesn't the checkpoint mod let you go backwards to before time advanced? I don't understand what this would do differently.

it lets you see the scenes as far as I know but doesn't triggers the some of the flags to keep the effects of it for later. with what I'm thinking of you can go through the scene and the flagged condition betting the story flag and the changed stats moving forward. That way you don't have to replay and replay until you find the right order for the route you are going for. I'd try it myself if I know anything but variable editing and passage quotes. could be as easy as a find replace and a few extra lines to add the function, could be super complicated I have no Idea

That is literally the checkpoint mod (aka the botnet mod), found on the first page. Also if you have cheats turned on there's a checkpoint system you can use to do the exact same thing you're talking about.
