Get her love stat up. It's pretty simple to do that during the first 2 days of the game and before she visits again with her phone calls. Then the Saturday after her return, go for a walk with her in the morning. There you can declare your love for her. You can also make her permanently young again, which is plus 10 in love, just incase you need a little more of that stat.
Nadia and Ward have to be your lovers and in a harem together and Wards mom needs to sign a green light contact. Think that's how I did it before but I could be wrong, its been awhile and I don't even think I have that playthrough anymore.

Yeah, you can use a blue light on Sofia during a 4some with Chang and Jill in the library during the 2nd week and you can use a blue light on Ward after her class during the 2nd week too. Think Ward has to your lover to get that tho. If you don't consider turning someone into a bimbo for a short time as altering their mind, then you can get Sofia pregnant during the 1st week by turning her into a bimbo at dinner Monday and Thursday and switching her bc pills with vitamins.

As someone else said, they need to be in a harem with you, and maybe contracted. Also you can't blackmail either and incest must be enabled. Last requirement is to invite Ward family by contracting her mom with the train with Mona section or one of the train an apprentice scenes.
Lydia and Sofia family simply requires you go see them on last Saturday before dinner. You can meet Ward mom and sister by training Mona while Ward is an apprentice.

With Sofia you can also convince her to stop taking birth control, although I can't remember the exact requirements to achieve that. I'm guessing you can't be progressing on her Dom path, you should be lovers, and your willpower and her slave/bimbo stat probably have something to do with it.
