Sandbox!? No, please... just no.

Do what you will with NTS, and make scene choices as you see fit, but please do it without sandbox. Mindless clicking on locations to see if something is there is not how I like to play AVNs.

Oh well. I'll just have to wait and see what you come up with. Good luck. Love your game as it is.

That's basically why I decided to stop doing it. I don't think what I have in mind is going to be so tedious or much different to what it currently is.

I discovered you game not too long ago and liked it a lot, so I do hope you change your mind about it or at least make it optional.
I've seen multiple games that have the default releases and VN style ones, so players can choose what they prefer.
I absolutely hate sandbox, so my choice would be obvious. Hahaha

I think sandbox can work as long as its not like us having to mindlessly click around and either try to find a scene or progress too far into the story and get locked out of past scenes, depending on how the story goes (since there seems to be some sort of war or battle approaching.) Of course since some may not wanna get all scenes and avoid some characters you could probably just make an indicator telling players a certain action will progress the story and its their last chance to go and play some scenes.

VN style is of course preferred I think by most here, for me as well, but I will say if you do decide to make some sort of sandbox, I hope you make like a quest book/guide or like indicators on the map for where certain characters/scenes will be.

It's a hard question to answer completely, there will likely be scenes with characters you can't avoid at some point. But there is a chance a different route will avoid them.

And if you are willing to answer one last question, who are the LIs and side girls? I enjoyed the game so far but the big amount of girls concerns me a little, there are a lot of games around here with so many characters that eventually some go underdeveloped.

This is predominantly a story about Cindy and your adventures with various girls. Obviously Cindy is the main love interest every other girl I suppose is a side girl. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by love interests.

Each girl is going to get varying levels of attention, some very little, some a lot. Some girls like the apothecary are there to be just that and nothing else. Some girls are nameless nobodies, that you probably won't see again.

I don't want to outright say which characters are going to get more developement, because it's kind of spoilery and I want people to find out as the story developes. I'll say, pretty much all the girls I have plans for have been introduced.

I respect that, when i asked about LIs side girls, i was wondering mostly about a girls character development and their relationship with the MC, who will have that and who will be just a fuck once or twice and never be anything but that.

Some devs want to have to many LIs, in the end they get overwelmed and the game as a whole suffers because the story gets too complex or the work gets to big.

Now that i think about it, its harder to explain it than i thought, but i hope i did a good job, Thank you again for taking your time to answer my questions, you are one of the good ones.

If I were to hazard a guess, I would say that the MC will wind up with Cindy at the end regardless. Whether there will be some kind of harem with other girls is up to the developer.

No harem, despite the game kind of looking like I'm cooking up a harem right now. These girls have their own lives that don't revolve around the mc. That's part of the reason why I'm saying NTS isn't avoidable, so the crowd who has issue with that will steer clear.

im looking forward to more Cindy :p she's just a tease towards the roommate XD wouldn't surprise me if she tries something with that monster

Wasnt even thinking about harem, just how many of the characters will be more then just the whole 'pump and dump' thing.

Maybe i am idiot, but isnt Netori stealing someone elses LI? This 'girls have their own lives that dont revolve around the mc', sounds weird to me, isnt that the whole point? To steal then for the MC, after that sure it could go in any direction share then around, humiliate the ex..., i thought the whole netori thing was they now belong to the MC.

This sound to me more like just plain old cheating then actually Netori, but maybe i am wrong.

Are those CG really AI, or "AI-touched images"? In the preview pics, the quality far above and beyond what I would expect.
