RPGM - Completed - Colorlust Oni [v1.02] [Hall of Corruption]

The 'Succubus' type games but with creative combat (still limited by the RPGM engine but enjoyable nonetheless), lovable characters, fappable scenes and dialogue, and intriguing story. The story is so great that it really moves me :'(, but not long. just the right length. I am not a typical reverse rape enjoyer but 5/5 stars recommended.

If there was one RPGM game I would recommend someone to play, this would be the one. I'm usually not the type of person to like "story" games in general but this one is an exception. The games story is intriguing and just the right length. I completed the game in less than 7 hours which included viewing all cg I missed. The game has several "loss" cg and it gives you the cg at the end of each chapter. The H scenes are nice and there are plenty of female Dom animations. The game also has real time fights unlike most RPGM games which have turn based fights. The fights can also be played at a lower difficulty if you are not into that. Overall this is one of the best games on this site and I urge you to try it.

You know it's a good game when you have to put the horny brain down for a moment just to see how the story continues.

And for an RPGM game, it's surprisingly intense. It's mostly action combat, but with several gameplay variations along with it.

Story is not too complicated or too surprising, but it's well fleshed out and the characters are either lovable, or love to hateable.

Perhaps it is because I was expecting something incredible from the reviews, but after an hour of playing and seeing how the gameplay aspects work, I felt like I had wasted my time and deleted the files.

The H content seems like its just in textual scenes/not in the gameplay itself.

The gameplay itself/combat seems tediuos... perhaps its just not for me.

Well, that's definitely 2025 GOTY, what else can I say? The gameplay and story are top-notch. It's not perfect in every way, maybe the game could be less linear and have better art quality, but it is still very impressive and must-play for every RPGM enjoyer.

Really good game and story but the art needs more. This is very deceiving as it says in the tags that it is animated when only like 50% of the content is and most of them are still images something you see commonly in these types of games but that's just nitpicking I truly enjoyed my experience and the main girl Ruri may not be the best girl that would be Suou but I still enjoyed finishing the game on her path either way. Fun will play again when I miss seeing Ranna get fucked by fucking Negishi the fucking bastard

Loved the whole premise of the story. Gameplay was a little annoying but quite fun to play, plus they were kind enough to give out an easy mode for those who just wants to see the story. Ending could use some touch-ups, it was underwhelming to say the least. Loved the characters, a bit upset about romance options. Story wise it was pretty linear, choices didn't matter much towards the main storyline, only affected the H-scenes and some dialogue. Overall recommend, great game for around roughly 5-6 hours of gameplay, if you're into male submission/female domination, this is the type of game for you

The game is quite classic in its gameplay, alternating between story phases and game phases. The game phases include exploration in restricted environments and a few combat phases, but there are relatively few RPG elements.
However, this linearity is the game's strength, as it offers a well-constructed story and interesting and endearing characters. The game contains H-scenes that appear throughout, most of which are from game overs but can be obtained at the end of chapters.
Overall, it's a very enjoyable game to play with great characters.

Good afternoon, this will be my first ever post after eons of stalking. What is there to say about Lust Oni other than phenomenal??? No joke this is one of the greatest games I've played in a very big while, and the greatest reward from a 2AM scroll.

The emotional journey that this game takes you through is crazy. I was streaming my playthrough to my girlfriend and during a particular flashback scene she started crying. For the vast majority of my playthrough I was extremely invested into the characters and world-building, and upon completion I was left with that empty feeling that you get after finishing a particularly impactful book or game or show and knowing that your participation in their world is over. Unlike other MC's, I really felt like I was a part of the game, sort of like in Monster Girl Dreams.

The H-Scenes are really well produced, and I think that the concepts behind the temptations are genius which also happen to flow incredibly well with the character personalities. I didn't feel like there was a lot of NPC idling, and other than the regular people like Negishi and Chigusa who sorta fell of later on the main cast was super fun to interact with.

I will say that for the gameplay, especially in the fight sequences, movement and fighting felt a little clunky, with a lot of stuttering. This might be a skill issue.

Music selection was banger and perfect for the scenes in game.

This game's greatest weakness is that it is altogether too short. How many other games can you genuinely say this of?

From character art to music choices to plot structure/writing and, perhaps most important of all, game design, this game adamantly refuses to be anything but a joy to play through. The old and grindy turn-based combat design that you would normally associate with RPGM games? Not here!

That is not to say that the game doesn't have its short-comings; The latter third of the game feels rather rushed (ending included), your choices in regards to romance don't really matter, the horror aspect of the story is phased out far too quickly, certain characters getting little to no love... But please, let none of these criticisms deter you from trying the game out yourself, for despite its flaws it is still a good game.

And compared to most other games you would find here? An excellent one.

Man I was expecting to goon to a game not to drop tears from a H-game. 10/10 peak story with amazing immersive music guiding you through the story. It's one of the best RPGM throughout these years. The CGs is great but compared to the story and music it seems less impressive.

If you like a clear, well-written, well-executed, absolutely incredible banger of a game, this is a gift from god.

I don't like to generally write reviews, but this shit was so interesting and did so many new things, so well, that I kept forgetting that I was playing an H-game. I felt I would be doing this game an injustice by not reviewing it a 5 out of 5.

The gameplay mostly consists of what I guess I would call boss battles, but not shitty RPG gameplay, I mean actual, programmed, choreographed boss battles.

There are CUT SCENES for boss stages, guys. Everything in this game is quality. I had so much fun to the point that I wasn't ever trying to lose, despite the sexual content being great too! I was genuinely trying to win and progress because I was curious what would happen next.

Devs absolutely COOKED with this game.

To summarize, if you want a game that will actually make you feel something as a gamer, this is an absolutely incredible choice with few comparable titles.

If you wanna goon this one has good content but will take a while to complete, though scenes are unlocked even if you don't view them so maybe that's incentive to try playing for real? (Please do, you won't regret it!)

I doubt any of the devs would see this, but just in case you do, I want you to know that even if some people don't appreciate your content because of it's sexual nature, there are at least some people who will see it for a work of art, keep doing what you're doing!

Unexpectedly good game. Good story, solid interesting gameplay (even though it can be annoying sometimes) great art and music. Even with some bugs, weak sex scenes and game being linear it's still a concrete 4/5.

Honestly, pretty good. You get pretty invested in the story, it has a good rhythm, and while the h-scenes could be better, it delivers on the art and the characters are very charming. Sad that there isnt more endings or poststory after the story has ended, but the story is touching either way. Amazingly well done, dev.

I must say that i think this is the first time i played a H-game and invest in the story. Usually i just find a full save and goes straight to Recollection Room, but this time i really enjoy the story.

As for the art, it's not really my liking but it's fine. H-scene is not really much, i prefer a character like Red Oni with big "Assets" and other than her i don't really care.

Overall this game is good, with the story, the fighting, and the art.

absolute 10/10 of a game. I just expected good art when i played this but no genuinely i got a void in me now cause the stories over.

I loved how the game had ways for people who didn't care for the for well made boss system to progress still and all the different characters had personality.

I only found myself disliking the gameplay in two small sections otherwise I quite liked it.

I'll admit there are minor issues such as some characters being sidelined but the story still is 10/10.

Finally the only major issue I have with this game is that I feel like the ending could have got more padding out, felt some bit rushed. But yeah, wow, that was like way better than it has any right to be. Just wow.

I have never typed a review for ANY H game but this might be my favorite H game I've played.

I downloaded it for the hentai BUT i stayed for the story. The final boss fight I didn't even care for the H scene, I wanted to WIN at all costs lol. I also rlly like Ruri's progression through out the story. i rate it a 4.9 bc of soem translation errors and some bugs throughout the game like my screen turning black, besides those the game was genuinely peak for a H game, this lowkey could become an anime .

The game started out great, the first 3 Color Oni Monsters were great! Lots of temptations, great story writing! Then the game takes a turn. The 3rd Color Oni Monster (Yellow) has a ton of bugs that completely ruin the game. I have to find a save file to advance and I rarely have to do that from bad bugs.
Then after the bug issues, and when I'm excited to face the Purple Oni it's suddenly as if the game creator forgot he was making an H-Game. The temptations leave, the game's story takes a turn and gets way too detailed for an H-Game. It felt rushed like the game creator didn't want to make complex H-Scenes anymore and tried turning the game into an 8-bit Ninja Gaiden game with waay less temptations. To put this game's enemy temptations into retrospect the first 3 Colorlust Oni monsters you face had around 11 or 12 good temptation scenes that were amazing and great! You know how many temptation scenes that were good with the Purple, Gray, and Black Oni quests? Maybe 2 or 3 good temptation scenes for the rest of the game. I'm not including Ruri's sex scenes, romance sex isn't my thing in H-Games I like the submissive and dominant stuff. This game has a boring anti-climatic ending that sucked in terms of jackoff material. Disappointing because it was off to a great start.

I would give it 2 stars but it deserves 3 because the build up was fantastic. Credit is due where it's earned and The Blue and Yellow Oni Monsters are portrayed very well with temptation. Yet, people rave about the ending as if we are playing Final Fantasy or something, when in reality if you came here to jack off you'll only be awarded the first half of this long drawn out story.

Really amazing game. Really cool story with good length(~4h). I just want to warn that after 3h the game will focus on the story(which is very good if I haven't said it yet).
I would recommend it for sure.
