Please check the image, I explained everything in it clearly. The purpose of this thread is suggesting a community fund to purchase patreon games to share with everyone. I suggested in the image just 5 games, but if the admins could collect a large fund, obviously we can go for more than 5 games in each month. This is some kind of a democratic socialist system where everyone is benefited regardless of how much they donated. but of course as the downside, lower voted games are ignored, but still since the pros overweighs the cons, I believe this is better. I hope the admins will consider to implement this method. also I hope the admins will make sure there is a transparency in the whole process to reduce the corruptions.

Sorry, can't agree with this. This site has attract many people, so it can be monetized. It's up to F95 how & what way he can do it. With that money, he can do things to get more content and upload it, and it will regenerate more money. This is the point of internet business.

Also, these thinking will attract the wrath of the creators. He/she will wondering which Patreon who's behind F95 and stealing their content. Also, F95's TOS also write that he ready to pull any games that got legally claimed. So if he done that and people in this site thinking they already pay it, wouldn't it will generate unwanted scene ? ... Yes, some can understand, but some are not.
Lastly, if this happen, this site will be surely hard target by the creators. Not only steal, but also generating money. It's better for f95 get those games from 3rd Party. Not directly to him.

I agree with the above and if we start involving money to generate money this will not only cause problems with the devs but legally this will become a real problem. I dont know where the servers are hosted but if the number of money get's really high even if it's by donations it would have to be reported the government and if it wasn't then they would start a legal case against this website and it's owner. Those who can afford to pay for the games and want to share them instead of donating to a community raise fund they should donate to the dev's and then share the game with us (if they want to).
Then there would always be the problem of where to store the money and what would happen if the patreon account got blocked, or the paypal would get banned. This would have so many problems I dont think it's worth to do it. But that's just my opinion

Also don't agree! sry don't like patreon because of the way creators, money grab. I know your setup is different but i upload games so people don't have to pay those money grabbers.

@Silver Many be so, but also flying under the radar so as not to draw large amounts of attention to a site is also worth thinking about. I personally don't see why we need this because in the end you get the programs maybe not as quickly as people would like but get them in the end. As others have said, also if people start paying for games via any system, when the game is paid for and if the creator/developer finds out its posted here as some already have, and gives a DMCA and is taken down those people who have paid for games and haven't received there copy get upset and it blows up into a mess and then the site goes under anyway because F95 i am sure would see it as a big hassle and a legal nightmare for him. Also If it gets to a point where the site was a target of Fed's etc would you @Silver be willing to be sued or jailed because as F95 is Admin that is what you are asking of him, it wouldn't be your head in a noose. Just my 2 Cents

honestly it doesn't draw a large amount of attention to the site, than it's already getting. either way people are paying before uploading. if admins can't do it for legal or some reason, a group of people can do it, such as the uploaders who are already uploading the games. so it's just the same thing, but get more support from the people. I personally don't see why we don't need something like this as it greatly benefits the site. well I didn't suggest this for my personal gain, I am quite sure my requests will be come bottom of the list as I usually like games which are least popular.

There is no need for donations. Maybe i will add 2-3 friendly ads (no popups & other sh!t) like katcr.co.
