Not exactly what you're looking for but something like Revenge Cumshot or Death maybe?

You're a guy competing against 3 girls for your lives. MTL is absolutely terrible, like unreadably terrible. Try to pay attention to the red text yo get the jest of it and id just skip everything else. The game isn't hard when you figure it out but it's mostly trial and error while you learn what each ability does.

Best rival game I know is called News Desk. It doesn't meet your description of 2 guys compete over sex with third parties, but is you (male) and woman compete over the same promotion, and you slowly gain leverage over her/corrupt her, and also her daughter. Warning, grind in the beginning is prohibitively difficult, but there are cheats to get through it (your house, cheat button, enter 'trunk' without quotes.)
