Recommending Complete Netorase & Sharing Content Master List

Hey there! Since you mentioned you've played a lot of Atelier Sakura titles, I was wondering if you could help me out. I'm looking for one of their NTS (non-NTR) games where, after the main character reveals his interest in NTS and the "lending play" begins, the focus doesn't completely shift to just that.

What I mean is — is there a game where the relationship with the wife/girlfriend still feels balanced, where they continue to have regular dates and intimate moments together, instead of the whole story and all the H-scenes revolving solely around the NTS dynamic?

The reason I’m asking is that AS tends to write really sweet and lovable heroines — honestly, so charming that you kind of don’t want to share them. You just fall for them and end up craving more wholesome, vanilla content.

For example, in the game with Anri, I really liked the first half — it felt like a genuine husband-wife life with dates, family visits, etc. But once the lending starts, everything shifts to just NTS content, and that gets a bit tiring — both due to the repetition and because I missed the vanilla feeling of the earlier parts.

So, do you (or anyone else here) know of any AS games — or maybe titles from other studios — that blend the vanilla and NTS elements throughout the story, without splitting them into separate "halves"?

Once the prologue is over is just one sex scene scenario after the other.
And that is something that more or less every company (not only AS) does.

If you really want to know, when it comes to AS games I am able to list the ones that don't necessarily follow this script.
Meaning some of these have, you could even say, have a really nice "balance" of sex scenes / slice of life plot ratio.

Honestly the fact that they cooked one game a month is something I admire them for.
AND I rather be disappointed after one month and say "hopefully the next game next month would be better", rather than waiting YEARS (YES that is what you have to do with basically ALL the other major devs, you gotta wait YEARS) and getting burned after years of waiting ....

I'd agree that their netorare games are kind mid at best most of the time with few exceptions. That said their netorase games are usually really good.

Gal Kano!! and Gyaruzuma are some of the best netorase games in general imo.

I respect their game output, especially in modern times where Japanese VNs are becoming rarer and rarer sadly. That said though. Their frequency of releases caused them to blend together after awhile and become repetitive, which ultimately resulted in the company dying.

Quantity over quality can only last so long.

Yes you wait ... and waiting means you got nothing to do except posting on forums and twiddling your thumbs.
In here I see SO MANY threads with people like that keep hyping up games that are still YEARS off from release. (cough cough Tina 2)
Imagine if the game that comes out sucks (for which IT HAS HAPPENED IN THE PAST ...)

I would wanna have nothing to do with a dev that made me wait for 5 years for a trashy game.

Would you have the courage to say "never mind. His next game in another 5 years shall be better ..."

We call visual novels "games" for simplicity’s sake, but they’re not really games in the traditional sense — there’s no gameplay, you don’t play a VN, you read it. So the main thing to evaluate in any VN is the writing.


AS titles are basically short erotic stories, and I actually think their NTS stories can be quite good. That said, I’ve only finished one of their NTS games and one NTR game so far.


The NTS one was solid — and by that I mean the writing was really good, borderline excellent. The art was cheap and unremarkable, sure, but it’s a VN, so that's not the main focus for me. The wife’s voice acting, though, was amazing and added a lot. The only thing I really felt was missing — as I mentioned earlier — was that in the second half, the couple should’ve continued having normal sex and living their usual married life. Instead, all of that gets skipped, and we only see one lending play scene after another. By the end, I honestly got tired of it and just started skipping through to see how it ends.


The NTR game, on the other hand… yeah, that was rough. The writing was just plain bad. Normally, I feel awful after finishing an NTR game — which, ironically, means it worked. But this one? I felt nothing — and for an NTR story, that’s honestly worse than feeling terrible. The only thing I felt after reading it was that I’d wasted several hours of my life. And for that, I genuinely hated the game.

The descriptions for their games.. yeah, they are confusing. E.g. in this one, the description basically covers 4/5 of the game, the situation described in it happens closer to the end. I was really shocked when the game just ended shortly after I thought the real story only just started.

Unfortunately been a while since last update so most of what I remember is being mystified about what the paths meant. FMC was hot though and the game had potential overall.
