Is it always, though? I could see that being the case to a sub-NTRS scenario for sure, but that's not the way I think about it in the first place.

From my perspective/proclivity to enjoy this stuff from a more dom-centric-NTRS perspective, while it's still an act of selfishness to be sure, I think of it as the utmost confident and a straight-up-fucking-gangster power move in reclaiming the LI. While I can't say that I say this from experience, I did come to this view in a discussion during a prior relationship years ago and my view on it hasn't shifted. If a dominant type truly doesn't have jealousy and finds a strong sense of arousal in the reclamation aspect, it's worlds apart from being humiliating or anything in the world of being on a lesser level than your partner. (maybe I'm just weird as fuck? lmao not that that's a bad thing IMO...)

Again, though, I think this can be taken in many different ways, I'm sure there are aspects I haven't even thought of in the first place -- everyone's reality is different, thus why we have different perspectives on things. When I had written my prior comment expressing that I find it to be hot as fuck, I wasn't coming at it from a perspective of believing the LI (or my partner) was ever "too good for [me]." I've never once felt that way in my life, which I think explains why I am not a fan of the humiliation aspect in the first place.

I am here for a nice chat and discussion about various topics, not defending my doctoral thesis again! If my flippant style of writing is not to your liking, I am sorry, but your stroppy style requesting, not even asking, answers is not the hit either. And pardon me, but I gave you definitions of NTR and NTS TWICE already. It is obvoious by your posts that you either did not like the writing style of them (hard luck I´m afraid) or you simply do not want to recognise them because you do not like the answer you got.

And sorry once more, but unfortunately for you I have to deal with people who keep asking questions, disregard the answers they don´t like and become offended they do not get the answers they want to hear, at work every couple weeks.
But since I am too laidback to tell you to go to where the pepper grows, I give you once more a definition of NTS/NTR and hope against hope you might be satisfied with it.

NTR and NTS are two sexual practices/kinks (depending on your view), which include actions like sharing/swinging/hotwifing/cuckqueening. Why are there so many phone games now for Netorase/NTR? It was a cool concept at first and until they started spreading like wildfire. I hate how it limits the MC and his interactions with the love interests, everything has to take place in the past because it wouldn't make sense for them to text each other in the same room while they're having sex, and that's if there's any sex with the MC and it's not all just voyeurism. I don't mind one or two games doing this but it's a big portion of new netorase games that are just copying this concept with either AI or real porn.

Honestly I'm just happy we are getting more netorase content, I care not what format it comes in, aslong as it has decent writing I'm happy.

There's also NTR Phone which has a bunch of different girls you converse with, diff. storylines. One is advertised as a netorase story, but I shut it off real quick, you let your girl go raw with the bull only for her to text you the next day talking about buying condoms for you "but not for him, right?" That may be up some people's alley but I instantly had a sour taste in my mouth; I'm not about that sub life but I don't judge others who are, so it may be worth trying out if that sounds appealing to you!

edit: the art was pretty solid though from what I remember.

Just to name a few: A Wifes Phone, Tears of the NTR/Tears of the Slut, A Wife's Loyalty, NTR Phone, A Wife's Life, Moving in with My Future Wife, Strange Phone, etc.. These are just the ones in the past few months that have gotten updates, you can probably find more going further back. Most are probably written by AI/are made that way so the devs can avoid finding clips/making images, but it still kind of sucks seeing it bloat the genre.

Ick. I can feel the bloat just by your description, I hate oversaturation. Thankfully, the marketplace tends to thin these things out over time if they're not worth a damn. By your experience, are any of them worth checking out? As I mentioned before, I tried the (what-I-view-to-be) fake NTRS storyline of NTR Phone, so I can rule that one out personally.

I specifically wrote to you several times why I do find your definitions insufficient. Your "definitions" aren't corresponding to the huge variety of scenarios that the Netorare and Netorase genres have to offer. Your statement looks like that: NTR is everything you hate (betrayal, despair, stealing, tension), and NTS is everything you love (trust, mutual rules, reclaiming, great sexlife together)! So easy to distinguish!

Man Starmaker hits many spots right (personally for me : milf, anal AND sharing holy shit!!!) but it has many misses aswell. I am kinda torn on it. Its definitely the one game I would love to write (sex scenes and scenarios) myself, sort of like the "I CAN FIX IT" meme. Anyway people who are into family sharing should check it out.

Ok, I have an idea.

Let's list what we like/don't like to see in any game involving sharing, hot wiving, cucking, femdom etc. For me, the impetus is always important. What drives the couple to experiment, or one of the partners to try something else/cheat etc. I know I'm being vague, it's just the whole niche is quite complex and expansive.

Like, for instance, the idea of a village where it's customary for the women to cater to the needs of esteemed guests would always include a desirable wife.

For me, that would be hot, yet so would a wife choosing to entertain a guest, by her own choice or maybe the husband wanting to get a buzz out of watching.

What I tend to see in many of these games is the slow burn build up then becoming a body count.
The wife who once wasn't sure, deciding she can now only orgasm when her pussy wall's stretched by some Chad.


My personal opinion.

Female protag experiences a new life of depravity caused by husband messing up financially. HOT

Female protag shared by a husband who realises seeing his wife groped/fucked both angers and arouses him. HOT.

Female protag becoming a hot wife after the hubby suggests it, then going thru the card with every guy she meets. MEH.

Also, I don't feel as emotionally invested in new couples, as much as I do a couple who've been together for a few years and
are romantically inseparable.

My own personal (body count) in real life always tended to be girls whose boyfriends were out with their mates, also fucking other girls.

So it doesn't give me the same buzz as a wife who loves her husband, but then gets fucked so good by another guy, she feels like she's never had real sex before.

A guy stumbling across the possibility of his wife cheating thru phone messages etc is HOT.

I never understood the whole phone text VN route but it's starting to appeal to me.
But it has to be subtle and believable.

For me, the problem with fantasy is, for me to establish an emotional connection with it, it as to be almost real.

I've noticed that those who want to get their rocks off quick, are perhaps flicking thru games/VN's which are not suited to them.
