If I remember correctly, it is possible to set the favor and NTR stats such that they increase faster. You should also make sure the visitor is hyper-fixated on the girl you're going out with such that at the start of every morning, he beelines it straight to her location every time. After, that he'll usually start off talking and eventually they'll start doing other things. This process can be sped up or altered by giving the heroine traits like (likes NTR) and (cheating) but by doing so, stuff can get really confusing really quickly. I just experimented with the game over a long period of time. In hindsight, I'm not really sure why I recommended the game. I really like it and see the vision but its honestly a pain in the ass to figure out. If you've got the time and curiosity then just keep on fucking around with the settings til something happens. If not, then I advise just moving on to something else to save your time and sanity.

I would say it has the approach to be capable for sharing, ntr and swinging/cuckold path. But game is not that long yet. Just wanna mention it because the quality is great and girls are beautyful so far.

I've only played part of the first episode. From some of the conversations it seems to be setting up for cheating. But I can't say for sure, I'll have to play more. Hopefully it will have more then just the cheating.

Sure this game is happy ending according to developer. I've looked through all the scene and personally I feel like there's too much 'Strong' content. Feels like the wife is more in pain than happy in most of the scene.
Even if wife still loves MC I don't really feel like making the wife in pain is a good idea.
The writing is good, maybe that's because developer had written a novel before.

Haven't played this one yet, what do you mean by pain? Is the wife emotionally suffering from sleeping with other men, or literal pain since there are many BDSM scenes in the preview?

I will answer for him.
In fact, the wife loves our hero very much, and the fact that she has to go to a meeting with others because of his request does not make her happy, and even after everything she does not stop loving one of our heroes, which worsens her situation, that's what he was talking about)
And “those very” scenes, I think, complicate her proposal even more, since in order to help her husband, as well as his desire, she is forced to do this, I don’t think she likes it.

I played a bit of カーヴァさんちの楽しい闘病生活UC, and it’s hilarious. The husband gets bitten by a unicorn, causing him to develop a condition where he has Netorase tendencies—wanting his wife to have sex with other people. In the end, he asks his friends for help by having them sleep with his wife. The storyline is similar to [Harapeko Teishoku (Sueyuu)] NTR To Save My Wife, but with more humor. I’ve played for about an hour, and the content is lighthearted and not too serious. So far, I’ve only seen one scene, and it reminds me of playing Marina. For me, it’s pretty okay.

So not only the wife, but also the husband is being forced? Why is it advertised as Netorase? It looks like a false flag Netorare, as husband has no agency to begin with.
