Ruins of Luxoria can eventually get to an endgame state where the FMC constantly getting railed by a lot of dudes whenever she isn't actively doing something with the MC. Which can lead into a whole bunch of endings, but there's one where the MC "loses" her and she marries someone else explicitly as a form of extreme netorase play and one where he loses her for real.

There's a character who has femdom content and sex scenes (Valeria), but she's more of a side character. As far as the main girls go there's still basically nothing. The netorase is in it's early stages, the sister can give a handjob to a guy I believe, and the mom gets groped. The most recent update was purely story, and it's going to be months before the next update. Supposedly it's Evelyn (the mom) coming next for content though so there'll most likely be femdom stuff for her then. I'd say check it out in a few months when the next update comes out.
The game is still very raw, and it's not just Netorase either.

I only took a look at the endings. Most of them ended with true NTR. If you only like NTS, be careful not to accumulate the NTR gauge too much.It's a pretty good NTR game.

Desert Stalker is insanely good. I wish more games would have sharing/netorase exactly like that. The only way it would be more perfect is scenes from the wife's POV while the MC is out.

I remember playing that years ago (before a lot of the backrooms were developed and expanded on). It was very much NTS over NTR from what I remember. Been meaning to get back to the game.
Anyway, the MMC and FMC are basically a power couple that loves one another and runs a cafe. They don't betray one another. They hire on other people and there are events the player encounters such as "boss" sequences that you have to pass at certain points in order to proceed with the game -- like keeping up with good services and having the cafe be clean to pass (health) inspections. Or, finding alternatives to beat them. You can totally cheat the game a bit by adjusting the values of your save's config file with a simple text editor such as money if you want to make things easier.
Now, in that game's culture for that city the people in the know knows that special pins basically advertises "extra services". It's completely by player choice to use them on your cafe's maids which could open up NTS moments with customers. The MMC can also carry on different kinds of relationships with the different maids if a player chooses to pursue them. Characters are distinct from another and have different kinds of personalities. No cookie-cutter, copy-n-paste stuff here which is good.
Other random events occur as you play and players are given choices about what they want to do -- whether to allow certain things to happen or flatout tell the girlfriend or the other maids to do certain naughty things. Occasionally, they may take action on their own and sometimes things are hinted at being done behind the scenes -- like the girlfriend taking a customer into the stocking room for a "discussion" or something. This is probably where feelings of NTR come from for some players (from the versions I played back then years ago). But that kind of stuff only occurs if a player chooses to use the special pins which in effect greenlights those kinds of actions in the first place. Players won't get those kinds of scenes at all if a player doesn't use the pins.
However, having said all that, the game leans heavily and encourages people to actually use those pins to acquire various scenes and to utilize many of the new backrooms that were implemented into the game in the intervening years. Anyway, it's actually a pretty decent game with actual gameplay and a lot of effort was definitely put into it. The dev is a pretty nice dude and Alex has been grinding and cooking away on his game to make it better all this time. If nothing else, that says a lot. People should give the game a try.

Thanks for the reply, yes I gave the pin because I like this style of game, I just thought there was a lack of communication between the couple, but I also haven't played much, I only unlocked one story from another couple. The comments talking about NTR, from what I saw on the game's page, are about Cynthia not really communicating much to the MC about some times she slept with other guys in two routes, from what I saw: the athlete route and the gyaru couple route, where she acts quite strangely, but I haven't gotten to that part yet to give my opinion.
edit:I asked these questions because I'm actually quite picky about games that involve NTR/sharing. I really like it when the couple communicates a lot and it doesn't lean towards NTR at all, unlike the games in my sig, so sorry for anything.
