Seeking Completed titles without the "Completed" tag

I tend to only download completed titles, so I'm wondering if there are others like General Practitioner where the game is complete but still gets regular DLC updates adding extra new stuff.

https://f95zone.to/threads/long-live-the-princess-v0-41-0-subscribestar-belle.5259/ is story complete. Pretty sure all the updates at this point are all NG+ content. I played it a while back and got an epilogue screen with the option of reincarnating (or something like that) and doing the story again with extra abilities.
