Hi, After exiting from a game i want to delete(decide where to create this files) what game create while you play.Like save files, regedit registers etc. Is there an easy way to do this ? Windows recovery taking too long

If you go to C://Windows and locate a folder called System32, deleting that will erase files and traces of files on your computer. It's the quickest way to do what you are proposing.

Of course you can erase all your data in your pc. And next time, play on virtualbox machine. Safer, more sandbox so. And you can backup whenever you want, and even change your time and language to japanese (some games cannot work without it)

Well, up to you. Another method you can use is to delete files using the games uninstaller or via the control panel, if you want to make double sure, i.e. not just installing via code i.e. clicking but also manually using hardware you can find your computer hard drive and pass a magnet over it, it secure locks the hard drive in a none-write state.

You should ask yourself, is it worth it? What is the worst it can happen if someone finds you are playing erotic games... You shouldn't be so paranoid.
But if you can't help but be paranoid use a virtual machine to install games like Voidstaff mentioned. By far it is the cleanest route and you can backup it or fully erase as necessary.

Install CCleaner and Glary Utilities those do a good job of clearing out tracks and most of your reg without you needing to use regedit, just make sure you know what you are doing when you check the boxes and also keep in mind if others use the pc you will be clearing their settings too unless you have your own account on the pc.
You could also look into getting a removable HD and running the games from their, that way if you REALLY need to to delete everything it's alot easier and safer to format it than a system HD.

You can encrypt the virtual machine, both VMWare and VirtualBox have this option if I am not mistaken (or you can encrypt by yourself the drive where the VM is stored). As for the performance of the VM, don't keep it in the same drive of your main OS: move it somewhere else (on an external one, for instance).
I don't know, but cleaning every time Windows registry sounds like a hassle to me and you risk to break something. Also, VMs are safer. Good luck!

If you want to get rid of everything with one click just install Sandboxie (or anything similar). Everything runs in the sandbox and files are not spread everywhere on Windows and the games cannot modify anything outside the sandbox. I use it for safety reason because I don't trust games downloaded from pirate sites but it can also be useful in your case.
When you want to delete any trace you simply delete the sandbox you created. Obviously you have to run the game inside the sandbox, not outside.
Sandboxie is now open source and free, by the way.
