The version number does seem confusing if you have been following the game closely, I went with calling the newest version 0.12 solely because the last public version was 0.11. I figured that version(0.11) would have been the last version a majority of players would have played so calling this new one as 0.13 would make it look like a version was missing.

After playing 0.12, I can finally say this is version looks good (compared to some early leaks that were available here).

When compared to 0.11, it does feel more like a new game. A sequel in series. Has it's own story, new art and gameplay mechanics.

For everyone who is confused about the version number. For an unknown reason they decided to call the next version 0.12. So if someone wants to play the NEWEST version play 0.12. Hmmm..I wonder if the flash projector would work. Try downloading the mac version of the flash debugger.

although I do feel a bit saddened how the game started over and not much content as before. nonetheless fun game and mechanics. I do have to ask how many idols can you get in this version and what are the spooky coins for? what does the smelly condition do as well?

All the old content is still up on newgrounds and you can download the .swfs for it and use it in that debugger

There are 10 figures total. You need to not be smelly to progress though certain parts of the game. Eventually you won't be able to get rewards if you are smelly. Basic hygiene is really important if you wanna get the girls.

The old version has a lot more content and story. Most of the old content can still be accessed in the new version by way of figurines you collect from special girls, but it feels a bit tedious and you miss out on the story behind it.

The new version feels a lot more polished in terms of art and gameplay, but with a lot less art and story.

Each version has something to offer, you won't lose anything by playing both. Or you can just pay the one you want and get a full save for the other. There are tons of them in this thread alone.
