VN - Ren'Py - Completed - Confined Town [Week 3] [Dezgemadev]

The game is weird, weird enough to give it a top rating. Very fetishistic and with things that we usually see in other games. The story is absolutely absurd, but I think the funny thing is that it's garbage. It's so bad it's funny, and the fetish corrects everything else. It really is a game, except that it's rare to see such well-developed garbage and that makes it unique. A good experience, I recommend it if you are not looking for a serious story.

The only good part of this game was uninstalling it from my device.

Character models and sets were uninspiringly generic.
Premise sounds interesting at first, but the execution was horrible.
Grammar was god awful, characters spoke in unrealistic manners, the whole thing just felt awkward AF.
Honestly, it read like something a teenager would write if they were stoned out of thier minds and trying to look cool in front of thier friends.

Where to even begin..... Poor writing, TERRIBLE renders to the point where I sometimes couldn't tell what I was looking at. Grammar errors all over to the point of complete sentences making no sense. I swear if someone told me this was made and rendered on a graphing calculator I'd believe it.

Eh.... the game is so-so. I went in knowing how the graphics and animations look so I didn't have ultimately high expectations for them and honestly its not that bad. I mean yeah the animations are pretty choppy but the characters don't look that bad and the style that the game went with is also not that bad.

The story was okay and the English was at least understandable even though the grammar wasn't great. There were a lot of characters to get with so that is a plus.

I am absolutely terrified of this game. I just can't get over how bad the characters look. If that was just a little better I might be able to play through all the bad English and grammar mistakes. I just can't get into whatever story this is trying to tell. It's something else.

The interactions and the 3d models could have been better. way too many moving parts with gifs etc that create poor lighting and interactions. other than that the language is ok but the story plot is quite interesting.

Story premise is far fetched, graphics are mediocre and writing is terrible.

I admit I have an active imagination, but this story premise is completely unrealistic,. Regardless of who lives ro dies, becoming Mayor doesn't give the power shown in the story.

The graphics are better than old DOS/Minecraft block characters, but not by much. Most other Renpy games have far superior graphics.

Their use of engrish is straight off the auto translator and chock full of typos, spelling, grammar and syntax errors. (sad).

Tot the devs - if you cut me in on the action, I can rewrite a version that wouldn't be so embarrassing,.

Overview: Follow along with a guy who is given absolute authority over a town full of hot submissive women and few other men while he figures how just how much he wants to fuck.

Story: A virus ravages the local town and you are the last person in authority left alive and in power. By the logic of this town it makes you an absolute dictator with total control over the inhabitants. Rules are put in place where people who commit crimes have to choose between death and being your sex slave. Lucky for you nobody seems to be all that put out by this situation. In fact most of the women are seemingly relieved at the idea of becoming your fucktoy. In the later weeks more supernatural elements are added to the mix as if the whole thing wasn't crazy enough.

Grammar: I normally don't make a section for this, but this game needs it. The first week is almost incomprehensible the grammar is so bad in places. The second and third weeks improve the situation, but it's never good. A tip for the dev: "die" is when someone's life ends. "dye" is when you add color to cloth. Apparently nobody told him during the development of any of the three games.

Art: The first week is just plain bad. It looks like a shovelware title on a Playstation 2. The resolution is low, the textures are worse, clipping issues are everywhere, the lighting changes from moment to moment, the backgrounds are basic when they aren't completely missing. The second week improves quite a lot on the art, and the third week is even achieves the distinction of "passable". The second and third weeks even include some animations, although they are often really pointless like long animations of cars driving down a street.

Sex: The first week is heavy on rape and slavery themes, but the dev seems to have changed his mind in the second and third weeks (maybe Patreon interference) to honoring consent. It still has strong incest themes however so maybe it's not Patreon. The second and third weeks are more conventional. There are loads of HJ and BJs, as well as all the anal you could ever want. A little bit of watersports to round it out.

Conclusion: This game is trashy even by Ren'Py porno game standards. The first week is a total mess. The second week improves it and the third week makes it all the way to average even as the story goes completely off the rails. It doesn't make you wait for the porn though, so if you're looking for a fap this isn't completely out of the question.

All in all, most fetishes like "corruption", "rape" and "male dom" are a checkbox experiences at best, and bait and switch at worst.
"Incest" was butchred in cold blood, being probably the worst attempt at writing it that I ever saw in games.
"Loli" tag is blatant false advertizment cause late teen is not a loli and anime eyes don't make her one.

The only tag done somewhat decently is "femdom", and only of lesbian variety.

As a cherry on top, you can't even choose to get rid from your ugly old wife that blu-balled you for years. Despite being a local dictator.

Oh, and if you don't like listenting about current year politics - definitive skip. i realize its an attempt at parody, but I heard way too much about racism IRL to also suffer more lectures in my porn games.

So i just finished the First Week. I think its enough to write my thoughts about the Game. As first : Why do i play/ed the Game ? The Story seems interesting to me. The MC will become the Major and he can make his own Laws. Now to the writing : The writing is in many just bad. There are many mistakes by the writing and some times the Story doesnt make any sense because of that writing. Now to the "Graphics" : There arent bad but not good either.. Now to the overall: The game need many spelling/writing checks. You can play it but I would not recommend it in its current state

my dick is confused, as I'm not sure about what I'm seeing in the animations. the dialogues are a mess, like almost random at times, and the animations look like what should be a dick, isn't a dick. I mean, that should be pretty basic in this kind of game, right?

If you had just listed the fets and said will you like this game I would have said yes but then if you actually showed me the game and made me play it I would be forced to smack my own penis in shame for putting me in the situation of viewing it.

If it's parody it's not on par with some of the others around.
If it's legit it's engrish and render quality are bad enough to negate the value.

I'm giving it a 2 out of the possibility it was attempted as a parody, under all other context it's a 1.

This is a parody game and will be reviewed with that in mind.

Story: The Varus hit and suddenly the world is turned upside down. Now you are the Mayor must solve the problem.

Genuinely the concept of making a parody game while incorporating real world events is funny. However that is the best thing about this story. The execution is very clunky with some hilarious lines being mangled by the dialogue. Even with the Google Translate style I can see the timing of the jokes and the set up to be quite good. Maybe an editor or a proofreader would make the jokes land.

Art: The worst thing about this entire experience. This looks like it was rendered on a potato with sour cream as a cooling system.

Despite all of that I can definitely see the dev has a good idea of shot composition as many a scene relies more on a single well thought of image to get the point across. I actually found myself aroused by a few scenes despite the PS1 level graphics.

I don't recommend the over use of animations however and would suggest more time be added to learning how to pose individual pieces of a model. The foundation is here, just need to build and improve upon it.

Gameplay: Broken script means that without the patch you can't get through 50% of the content.
But once fixed the gameplay is extremely basic with a few tracked choices which was more than I expected.
