Considering this dev's previous games, yes. I haven't played it, but if it's like the other games, you need to do something to start the NTR route. They don't usually force it at all.

• you will need https://f95zone.to/threads/rpg-maker-unpacker.50/ in order to unpack the data folder
• create a backup of your data folder
• and then overwrite the folder with the translated one
