Game is skillcheck-based, meaning you need to hit SPACE at the right time to get points. You can exchange points for more sex positions and interactions, if you get perfect skillchecks for postion you get an CG art.
Sounds good but CG arts are not that great. Pixel art animations are barely decent, story is funny but unfortunately everything is machine translated so don't expect mindblowing immersion.
