Hi everyone!

I’m excited to finally share with you the game I’ve been working on for the past two years. It’s a 3D visual novel about a guy who gets accepted into a prestigious arts academy. The story covers his first year at the academy, and who he becomes depends entirely on your choices and the people you surround yourself with.

When I played other visual novels, I always wished for more realism, richer visual detail, and more lifelike character behavior. Especially when it comes to the girls — female beauty deserves special attention. I realized that the usual methods of creating visuals couldn’t deliver the effect I had in mind, so I decided to take an AAA-style approach. For the past two years, I’ve been fully focused on crafting highly realistic character models and environments, studying cloth and fluid simulations, and building deep storylines and personalities.

The game features 25 unique romanceable girls. Each one is carefully designed so her appearance, personality, and story feel memorable and emotionally impactful. I want to create a truly living world — where you can dive into meaningful, intense relationships with a wide range of girls, from dominant and kinky to gentle and romantic. Sex in my game is treated as an art form. You’ll be able to explore bold and sophisticated fetish fantasies — the kind rarely seen in other visual novels.

The first episode is planned for release in Q1 2026! It won’t be short — it’ll be as big as a full season in many other games.

I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about how to balance all of this, and I regularly go back to my calculations to make sure it’s actually doable. Yes, of course, it will be possible to be involved with multiple girls at the same time — but there will be consequences depending on their personalities. You’ll get a taste of how that works already in the first episode.

I just want a living, reactive world around the player. Each girl is handcrafted, which is why my game doesn’t have many side-girls — but it does have a lot of main ones. Most other games do the opposite: they fill the world with side-girls, but you can’t build real relationships with them — even though some of them are well-developed. So I believe what I’m doing is a realistic and achievable goal.

As for dominant girls — it’s not that simple. I’ve created a full spectrum, from the most romantic to the most dominant. If we’re talking about girls who are clearly dominant throughout the story, there are four. But there are also girls who can take the lead during sex scenes — if you allow them to.

What I especially love about developing characters is fully immersing myself in their world. When creating their appearance, backstory, and scenes, I try to deeply study and feel the field they belong to. If it’s K-pop, I constantly listen to my favorite tracks, explore how the industry works, and dive into its culture. If it’s fashion, I watch documentaries and films about the fashion world, study its history, and keep up with the latest runway shows. There’s a huge amount of research behind every character to make their world feel as real and believable as possible.

It’s a meticulous process, but I absolutely love it. In my visual novel, I explore many areas of art and culture, and I sincerely want to share with you the most fascinating things I’ve found and brought to life.

I would agree with the other posters that 25 girls sounds like too many, for me actually far to many. I mean, as a player, how are you supposed to form an emotional attachment or even care about so many girls?

Secondly, the development effort to create 25 girls that are interesting, with animations, good stories, etc. seems staggering. There are goods reasons why other devs don't do that.

I would strongly recommend starting with a small set of girls (e.g. 5), really making those excellent with interesting personalities, stories, scenes, etc. And maybe later you could add another 5 girls.

I’m still considering all the options while development is ongoing. It’s possible that 2 or 3 girls might be removed from the story — at least for the first episode. Creating each character takes a lot of time, but at the same time, I want the game world to feel alive. Many of the stories are already well-developed and work best when connected to other girls. You won’t interact with all of them in a single playthrough. Some will become your friends, some might turn into romance options — maybe just one, maybe five. But who they are depends entirely on your choices. Toward the end of the year, you’ll get a clear picture of what I’ve been building, and we’ll be able to discuss more specific things then.

I understand people like different things, and personally I hope for content such as sharing (but no NTR), multiple penetration, gangbangs, etc. Like in great games such as Photo Hunt, Anna Exciting Affection, Free Pass, etc.

girls seem nice i suppose. but those couch cushion textures came out fantastic. if your story telling is as realistic as the texture on the walls behind the couch should be decent. well assuming the realistic part feeds fantasy, cause who the fuck wants to play an adult vn that feels like actual real life you know.

i do hope however that some better attention is paid to the background color scheme. idk, everything seems in the same palette or whatever its called and acts more like camo then helping the girls to stand out. like how oversaturating a picture dulls everything in it. maybe thats why i kinda was meh about the girls in the renders themselves. not that they are ugly but they really didnt stand out to me. i certainly noticed the texture of thread and wrinkled folds on the pillow though

Unfortunately, the tags you mentioned most likely won’t be featured in the novel. There aren’t many male characters overall — the focus is mainly on the girls. There will be similar content, but in scenes where the girls use strap-ons, for example.

Totally agree! Right now, I’m intentionally not spending too much time on each render — otherwise, the game simply won’t be finished on time. I wanted to introduce the girls early, but the location isn’t optimized yet and takes quite a while to render. If I start adding extra effects to make the girls stand out more, the render time increases significantly. I’ll definitely polish this aspect more in the final version of the novel.

Of course, in the finished game I’ll focus on fantasy and pleasure rather than strict realism. After all, games should be about relaxing and enjoying the experience. The realism will come through in the details — lighting, anatomy, skin and clothing textures, and smooth animations. I want the skin to look natural, and the clothing to highlight the girls’ figures in a beautiful way. It’s really important for me to avoid things like stretched textures, plastic-looking skin, sloppy clothing, or visible polygons. The girls’ behavior will feel realistic in the sense that their actions will be logical and true to their personalities.
