Request Converting panning video clip to whole scene

Hi,
I don't have any experience with video editing, so I wanted to ask if there is an easy way of converting a video clip that is 1 looping scene, but the video is zoomed in and going from one side to another. For example like Theobrobine does his videos. I would like to try and get a full size scene. Thank you

so do you want one single image that shows the whole scenery?

make overlapping screenshots while the camera pans and glue them together in MS-paint or whatever such program.

example result: from maybe 4 screenshots of an anime that panned vertically across this picture (sillhouettes at bottom were animated)

No no. I would like to do that with a video or gif. Like stitch up the zoomed in parts so you get zoomed out looping video.
