This is why I don't bother with most VN's anymore (unless they have really good art), they usually get abandoned, or it takes years to get to the 1 or 2 sex scenes, or the dev promises to add yiff to get quick money, but then retcons it later to try to get money from more mainstream audience. Ever since it became easy to make VN's with Renpy, it's really attracted a lot of low effort devs.
I have not bothered with it for a long time so I forgot there was a sex scene. I unpacked the archives for version 13 though. Unless there are text based sex scenes, I only saw them for the dev's self insert and Julian. The female reveal pictures of Samual were also deleted at some point. I noticed nothing about Samuals gender tricks being addressed and since the dev was deleting any questions on the subject I doubt that will change.

It's up to you... Conway has only been in development for two years, it's been updated fairly consistently, but its path is unpredictable. It's unlikely that developers will give up their income for the next few years. Most developers are willing to drag it out forever. They have work, problems, illnesses, children, need for money, etc. I only know of three completed large furry projects to date. And maybe Soulcreek will be finished this year.
