Your problem is an encryption confict. game expects files to be encrypted / decrypted and they are the opposite so it can't read them. Adding the translation on top of the new versoin would not cause this. it would just roll the files back to v1.10 and none of the new content would be in it. If you don't have any idea how to fix the encryption issue my advice is to just download the v1.10 link and wait till translation is updated.
Alright, the repository has been updated for version 1.20. Hopefully I didn't break anything, but feel free to report back if I did. The patch can be downloaded from the repository page or in OP post. Note most of the changes were in the recollection room; mostly an update on adding all related CG assets in-game from Ci-en and other in-game events that couldn't be seen in the recollection room prior to this update.

wow they've updated it to 1.21 because there was a bug, downloading now to see what it was

-Fixed a bug where CG was not displayed correctly in some "Display CG" items implemented in reminiscence in ver1.20.
- Fixed an issue where some of the CG displayed during the event of the scene "Semen Removal" added in ver1.20 was not transparent.
-Fixed other minor bugs in items added in ver1.20
・Added the unused part of the main story of "Sleeping Erina" displayed on the status screen to the recollection (added to the ver1.20 area)
・Added "Changing clothes through the curtain" to flashback (added to ver1.20 area)
Probably not worth to rush and update but something to do in your off time perhaps?

Mostly yes, and some minor bug fixes. Almost all of the H-scenes are fine in 1.20 though, so 1.21 is very optional at the moment.
No, i mean from 1.10 to 1.20 have big update or not? Or just unused cg and don't have new content for main story?

No real changes to the story, there's some new CGs/events and some unused CGs you can access in the gallery room though.
