Hello.


Can i use real porn links in my game?

I am aware that putting real porn scenes in my game is dangerous because of copyright rules.

However i wonder if it's okay to put real porn links from xvideos for example that are already out there posted.

Or if i can download that videos cut the scenes out. re upload with my account and use that links in my game.

Most videos aren't deleted by their uploaders but by Xvideo, because it's against their TOS, copyright or too many people reported it.
Your own profile is not a safe space.

It would be safer to just use links however it doesn't mean you are completely safe.

Technically both xvideos and the video creator still have the right to take down links from your product if they wish to do so, chances are lower though as long as you are directly retuning views to them and not hurting their image somehow.

And yes the downside like Hagatar mentioned is that porn videos often get deleted, so you would have to be on top of that to fix it as soon as it happens which could turn into a headache both for you and users that are using an older version of your game.
